The PR Slogan Consolidate and Transform the Relationship between the patient and hospital employee as comfortable and friendly as a family work environment and lasting friendship rather than a professional routine relationship.
Functions of the Department of Public Relations and Patient Affairs:
This department was established to:-
- To facilitate the communication between the patient and the hospital.
- Follow up patient affairs to provide all services and facilities.
- The department also responds to all correspondence, medical reports and consultations free of charge by fax, internet, e-mail, or by Media/ Social Media
- The department also follow-up patients' admission to the hospital and welcome them with their accompanying guests.
- Arrange appointments for patient with the consultant Doctors, secure their accommodation bookings in hotels or apartments, as well as providing free hospital call service in addition to many other services.
- Happy to welcome any suggestions from the patients directly or through the complaints boxes located in most sections of the hospital available on all counters. Recently, through our website.
Moreover, of PR duties :-
- Accompany (make a tour to) delegations/VIPs and visitors to the hospital.
- Organizing and participating in all activities and events, including conferences, scientific days, workshops and lectures held at the hospital.
- To sensitize patients and educate them by preparing and participating in all publications, posters and other topics related to the hospital.
- Adept advertising experts to offer the hospital transparently and credibly.
- Updating our social media (Facebook, YouTube …..Website …ect).
- Participate in Volunteer Programs to prevent blindness in our society.
- Known the opinion and satisfaction for our patient to our services and identify positive points to maintain and develop negative points for treatment and disposal of them as quickly as possible, and transfer patients opinion to the hospital management to take the necessary action
